ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - (Code: EE)
This is a staff position reporting to Maintenance Superintendent. He/She is responsible to provide electrical planning to ensure high levels of equipment availability in a safe, environmentally sound, and cost effective manner.

Specific requirements to apply:

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
  • Min. 2 years working experiences especially in coal mining company is an added value. Fresh graduate with outstanding performance is encouraged to apply.
  • Expertise in Fixed Mechanical Planning and Scheduling.
  • Maintenance Management Shut Down Management.

GEODETIC ENGINEER - (Code: GE)
This is a staff position reporting to Engineering Superintendent. This position is based at our Mine Site in South Kalimantan and responsible to coordinate & organize field survey in mining area with the objective of meeting reliable methods on survey practices.

Those with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

  • Geodetic Engineering graduate with 1-3 years experience in surveying, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Have good ability in surveying, GPS, and mapping software.
  • Knowledgeable in survey project management and survey calculation review & analysis
  • Computer literature (MS Office, Auto Cad, mapping software).
  • Possess good skills in communication, interpersonal, and negotiation in Indonesian and English.

CIVIL PROJECT ENGINEER - (Code: CPE)
We have two vacant positions for Civil Project Engineer that will be based in Jakarta and Balikpapan. This is a staff position reporting to Project Services Superintendent and. He/She is responsible for working assignments to all Arutmin Indonesia coal mines project, port facilities and miscellaneous developing coal projects. He/She should provide civil project engineering including the construction management.

  • Min. 5 years working experiences in design and construction especially in coal mine operation and port facilities is an added value.

This is a staff position reporting to Recruitment – Organization & Employee Development Superintendent. This position is based in Jakarta and responsible to implement competency based system, employee development planning based on the position competency, preparing and support data for career development, succession planning, and handling organizational changes in order to assure all changes are align and support company objectives.

Those with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

  • S1/S2 degree in Industrial Psychology and Organization (PIO).
  • Having Min. 4 years working experiences in Organizational Development and Employee Development in Mining or Energy Company is an added value.
  • Extensive knowledge in Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, employee and organizational development, familiar with CBHRM and the application.
